Your Pinarello looks like a late 1970's model . It has been repainted and top tube brake cable braze ons added . The stand out thing for me that makes it look older is the way the rear brake bridge has been fabricated with a plain tube and washer brazed on . I am definitely no Pinarello expert...

This looks to be a high quality Concorde frame . It has plenty of Concorde brand engraving and the Italian flag on the top tube . I reckon it is an Aquila or Squadra model the top two at one time in the Concorde range . 99.9% certain this is a respray and has lost the chrome plating on forks...
