    Hi Stuart, good to hear from you. I need to give him a call to see about getting out sometime. When weather is OK I like to drive to Brotherton with the bike, park up and then ride the lanes round to Birkin cafe, especially on a Tuesday morning as that tends to be 'retro' day.

    Regarding health, I've had a few problems lately (must be me age!) and I'm having 'investigations' on going. I understand that you are a lot better and getting out with the club occasionally? If weather is OK I'll try and get over to Thomas a Beckett on a Tuesday evening for a ride round the circuit for an hour or so.

    Take care of yourself. Yes I am doing great , got down to my racing weight about 4 years ago and was going well but very tired so was over doing it. Its funny I head into the flat lands a lot nowadays , Whitley, Womersley , Birkin. If I want to go out with the A group Calder group I have to get race fit which takes a lot of time and effort.
