Thanks for the replies, looks like I wasn't too far off the mark with my description. I've found a 3D print file for the rebound adjuster but not for this. I've put a wanted ad up anyway so maybe someone will have one sat in a box of bits.

Has anyone got one of these lockout levers for a early 2000's rock shox fork? I'd also need the screw so ideally, someone with a dead fork they don't mind splitting :)

Wheels picked up and now running a lot more true, new tyres have also helped. Got another clean and polish today and back to commuting duties next week.

Dropped the wheels off at the LBS to get them running true. Bike was in need of a deep clean after months of commuter dirt.. Wheels will be back on next week then I'll give it a once over, brakes need a tweak as does the rear mech

@dandy1 very kindly sold me a lovely condition Easton riser bar which has made it much more comfortable to ride. Some rubbish pictures after a muddy 20k this morning. It's since been cleaned.
