Been racking up a few miles, I had forgotten just how well these old Zaskars ride, the tyres have also helped make it a very smooth roller. Looking suitably dusty!

Looks great, I ran city jets on one of my bikes and they are a great tyre.

After another break in the longest quick rebuild in history, I finally have a fully working Zaskar again! All gears now selecting, front mech could be better but they are my achilles heel so I'll take just about shifting across all 3 rings as a win! Now to get out for a ride 😀

Hi, I'm hopefully getting to the end of my Zaskar rebuild in the coming weeks and i'd like to swap out some of the rusty bolts for the V-Brakes and levers and what not. Is there a good source for these bits other than the usual ebay? Thanks

Bit more progress on the weekend, new tyres added to the replacement wheels and a new stem added. *When I say new I mostly mean stuff I bought ages and ages ago that I never fitted.
