center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube is 16 1/4 inch

whats the correct way of measuring the frame, where do you take the measurements.

Thanks Sam I think I got it in 1995, The sticker at the bottom of the down tube is "CR-MO butted tubing Tange MTB"

Yes got frame number : F3087006 Another number also on the bottom bracket is: 4 S 42 (It has those spaces) Thanks Sam for reminding, me any help identifiying the frame is appreaciated I also emailed www.parkpre.com the frame number but didnt get a reply

odd ? I emailed parkpre.it and asked if they had any information and the kindly replied. If somebody wants the bike to sell the parts individually they should do well out of it and Im ok with that.
