Ive asked Parkpre if they now which model this is and they replied:
"Hi! It’s very hard to say. Seems the Parkpre Team 925, made in California about from 91/96 years. But unfortunately we are not sure. On 1999 Parkpre changed owner and all production was moved to Italy. We don't have much information from that period. "
Received new info, the team 925 had different tubing, after searching online Parkpre images it might be a Scepter Comp

how do I edit the text

You can't, until you've made a certain number of posts. If you just post your price in a comment, I can add it to the first post

Very odd saying you managed to get a reply from Parkpre, they went defunct in the late 90s. Parkpre frames from this era were made in Taiwan not USA. The only framesmade in USA were the few early Ti frames built up by Litespeed.
Parkpre Italy is a completly different company started after the Italian importer of Parkpre USA bikes could no longer get them so started making their own bikes.
Frame could get £50 on a good day, if you were lucky but it is a small size. The rest of the bits depend on the market and if you find someone who is looking for something specific. Personally I would remove the rock guard and sell the cranks seperate.
Just my opinion, yours may differ.

odd ? I emailed parkpre.it and asked if they had any information and the kindly replied.

If somebody wants the bike to sell the parts individually they should do well out of it and Im ok with that.

The date for your frame is August 1993. Could have been early production for 1994 model year.
I expect the 'S' indicates a small sized frame. Not sure about the 4 or 42 numbers but I've made a note for next time!
