Yup. Looks like the same one on my Psylo. I just call it a lock out knob and the other side has the u turn knob.
I wonder if someone could 3-D print new ones?
Not sure what you're doing but can't you just mount the V brakes and use the cable noodle?

Latest project completed. Total investment, including purchase price, comes in right about $30 total.Took a successful test ride with everything functional. Just need to snip the derailuer cables and add cable ends.
Got around to adding shifters and stringing brake/shifter cables. Added grips and brake lever covers.
Need a new shock bolt. Original threads are stripped on mounting bolt. I had one but it was just a hair too short.
Still waiting on shifters so not much to do. I added a couple of V brake boss plugs to fill those empty holes.
Too bad the ones on the RS Psylo are smaller (M8?).
Got the top cap installed too.
I'll add my Answer Manitou 4 pics. This project is still sitting on the back burner for now.
The lower 2 elastomers were mush and the uppers were very sticky. Seems the uppers were not originals? Mine had 3 larger elastomers instead of 5 smaller ones. Seals fell apart also.
Got around to getting the front and rear derailleur cables reconnected and found there must be rust inside the cable housings. The cables bind up . This bike must have sat for years.
The shifters started acting up again and the cables need replacing so I ordered a set of EF51 shifters. This...
Since I got these shifters working.
Long shot here. Looking for a bottom cover for my shifter, Shimano SL-MC38. It looks like the STX RC shifter might have the same bottom cover also.
