    Product to remove sticky MCU/Elastomers?

Elastomers that much better? I have no point of reference, as this is the only Judy I've had experience with, and it came with the springs - One yellow, one red.

Other side cracked too? Wouldn't be surprised to see that lower arm of the crack go right around.

    Mag 21 Repair

I checked this, and it should be OK, I think. 🤔 I guess that's what caused them to break off - Someone continuing to twist the dial, after it stopped. OR, someone (NOT ME), twisted the dial along with the caps, as they were unscrewing them

When I opened it up, I found the plastic adjuster rods just laying...

That's what kevlar fabric does - You can't cut it or tear it, but it do get fuzzy. You know they make those fancy, super light kevlar canoes, right - They have to laminate fiberglass over the kevlar fabric, because it's too fuzzy to finish.

    Ryry’s Rocky Mountain Thunderbolt

Have you thought about an Oxalic Acid soak? You just need a tub or container big enough for the frame. I've done this, and it really works - It ONLY removes the rust, and doesn't affect sound steel, chrome, or most paint. Just don't try it on a red-painted bike - It'll bleach the red color to...

1999 Rock Shox SID XC compatibility with modern disc brakes?

If you think about it, that's right. The caliper has to be offset, to be in the right position on the rotor diameter - Whatever that is.
