UK version Thought I would upload this one as it quite hard to find. Not the best quality as they were screenshots. But might be of interest to somebody.

I recently bought a KTM ladies step through town bike with full m563 Deore lx, hardly used, parts like new. Felt quite guilty as I handed over the £20 and said my 'wife' would be really happy. There's still gems out there just keep looking people.

After moving house in May this year I found myself without a shed. All my bikes have been living under a tarp since. So decided to build my own 18x8. Coming along nicely and should be finished in a week or two.

The Peugeot's nowt special, think of it as their 'Activator'. Although it carries Tim Goulds signature who was a top team rider, not sure he raced on this though.

Zed were a sub brand of Dawes. Those Decals aren't original though.

Looks like a UK spec Raleigh / Dyna-Tech Torus from 1995. The Decals are Raleigh USA for sure. Probably as you say an MRI 1000 but with UK dropouts. Here's a picture from Google

I agree the second hand chainset is the best option and it's an mc32 stx so all the rings are steel so will last almost forever.

Great custom paint job. Looks very similar to the Univega 7.5 I once owned, although no rear canti bridge on yours.

Very nice montage, always liked these and the other raleighs from this era.
