Re: Thank you guys. He was able to save the chrome on the head tube lugs and the front and rear dropouts. He did a nice job on it. Now if I could just decal it, it would look complete.

Re: Has anyone ever seen a serial number pattern like this before? How about the seat tube lug with the letter "A". Do you recognize the fork crown because I've not been able to identify it? The rear dropouts are Stallard, but what about the fronts? 40s,50s,60s? What's your best guess?
