That could be an ex team frame, colour is slightly different to the normal '97 Explosif (and they are '96 decals) and it looks to have the "Nemo" stamp on the BB. @al-onestare may know more as I think I can recall this stamp from one of his threads.

Yes, the '96 team bikes came in this colour, and also with the stamp.
