Doesn't look like it. Fork looks like its for a nutted brake bolt, not recessed allen bolt. No downtube lever bosses either. 653 was introduced in 1986. Can't remember Ciocc using 653 either. They built with Columbus mostly.Is that really a Ciocc? Reynolds 653 and mudguard eyes, no pantographing...
Confirms my suspicion. I've seen Italian frames in Reynolds but rarely so (Legnano the last I saw). If there's doubt it's a Ciocc then there's may equally be doubt it's 653. £120 for all 4 then starts to look at lot less of a bargain given the state of the market.Doesn't look like it.
