Yep.. we live just around the block from the Ranmoor & Endcliffe student village.

Almost identical conditions. Apparently 10 degrees but definitely much less, dipping to 5 in many spots. Clear skies, orange sunrise, pinks and yellows like a natural kaleidoscope. A very light 3-4mph S breeze resulted in amazing blankets of mist

44 mile Sunday, 42 yesterday, 47 today - safe to say the road legs are definitely coming back. Mostly been doing loops starting on the coast, through Durham and some of the towns on the outskirts of it; Brancepeth, Esh Winning, Cornsay, Lanchester etc then back home. Once past Durham it's all mostly nice relatively quiet roads albeit a lot of climbs.
Ain't no col but everytime someone tells me England is flat I want to throw them on a road bike with strict instructions to hold my wheel and see how long before their knees give out.
Quiet roads up on top of Hedley Hill shortly before descending Hedleyhill Lane up into Lancaster. As someone on the lighter side of riders this was the second time breaking the 40 marker. I'm sure plenty here have went quicker but it's very sobering seeing 41mph on the Garmin when your entire outfit is Lycra
Big antenna at the side of Peth Bank, Burnhope transmitting station. Ditched the frame bag for an old leaky bottle, made drilling out the stops for a full length cable run a bit redundant but eh it'll be better for winter. No shame in being at 34-28 either; sprinted the first part of it which is a bit of a blind corner just to run into temp lights then drop a chain on starting again so slowly spun the rest. Half tempted for 11-32.

Pink saddle would set it off! Do you find those elite bottles leak much? Mines 750, hadn't noticed it much when just water but since doing carb mixes I've noticed the frame rapidly becoming a sticky mess.
