Are multiple Kuwaharas actually Kuwaharae?

If so, we need a collective noun for Kuwaharae. Any suggestions?

I only have 1.5 Kuwaharae.

I'm going to try and re-create the splatter paint on some forks as a future project!

There are not many in the UK from the early 90's. There was a 91 Hi-Pacer the other day, but it was at the other end of the UK and sold before I could get there!

I also wanted to try to do the Kuwahara string or splatter paint to another bike but I haven't found the time yet.

My 1992 Kuwahara Lynx. It's an entry-level model that came with the Exage 400 LX groupset.




The bottom bracket is a bit unusual, it required a Campagnolo tool to remove.

I think I want to put a different saddle on it and maybe upgrade to the M560 groupset.

It doesn't have the incredible paint that other bikes in this threat have, but my Roc D'Azur DX is an unusual bike in other ways.



The decals/graphics are kinda strange - like they didn't tell the decal guy they were going to use white and now you can't see ROC D'AZUR DX on the down tube very well.



I haven't been able to find pics of another with paint like this, nor am I not certain what year it's from. It has some great details like the 'outer butted' Ishiwata tubing, 'K' logo in the chainstays, Kuwahara branded seatpost and cable housing, a pump peg and bracket on the seat tube, and the chainstays that fit into lugs that are integrated into the BB shell.
