On my '97 all the stay ends are closed up. An example of Altitude's questionable "quality control" maybe?

Yeh I think so too.

This frame has a bit of story though as it was sent out to a guy to use whilst he waited for a warranty replacement. Detailed on here.

So maybe it was a factory second that Kona just used as a loaner. That somehow survived

Cabled up the 97. Just needs a saddle now and it’s done.

This may end up with M950 brakes , levers and shifters at some point but for now ….

Bet I’ve got 20-30 sets of V12s , XT spds etc but none are fitted.

Much easier to store without them and it’s not like I’ll be riding it
