I would clamp the saddle rails right in the middle and go w/ the shightly shorter syncros stem. For fit and handling reasons.ymmv.

It’s now complete (well kinda)
Still need a set of XTR pad holders for the rear and correct black bolts but I’m sure I’ll get some with time

Tyres - smoke/ dart reissue

with all that Ti parts it looks great; was not sure with the other versions you showed to us above - but that brushed Ti corresponds very well 
Personally I think that the Stars 'n Bars livery is a splendid platform for all variants of parts / colour combination - all black, all silver, Ti - aso. That Marz. Bomber also fits perfectly; although 96 the frame geo. was not considered to take 97/98 Bombers

Thank you. I think it’s come out really well.
The bomber is 96 date stamped and is a shorter a-c than the 97 ones I have.

That's turned out rather nice.
I think you made a good choice in keeping the Moots parts, as for the rigid fork, box it up and store it safely for when you eventually sell on the Hot.

Yeah I think it all looks absolutely spot, I’d only make 2 minor changes
1. I’d remove the black rubber seals from the stanchions on the forks
2. As much I like the Moots seatpost and colour, I can’t get down with the seatback bit at the top
But it’s still gorgeous! (Just like mine
)

)The rigid fork has now actually gone back to the original owner as he wanted it back. Solved my issue and also means if the frame ever goes back to him they can be reunited

I did try without boots but the gold stanctions added another colour which I wasn’t sure about.
Yeh I’d prefer an inline post. But beggars ….

I just don’t like boots on any fork tbh, and I’m sure the gold stanchions wouldn’t look worse (imho).
But it’s your bike man.
