Maybe, but it's a faff, I don't live/work anywhere near a bike shop and I don't have a lot of opportunities to get to a parcel drop off place. Excuses, excuses...

As an experienced Ebayer, mainly buying frame sets price is normally between £12 to £20 in a traditional bike box. Parcel Force appears the default choice for such stuff.
Remember this is a frameset rather than a full bike etc
