I'm not sure if it's a Charrel, the fork isn't quite right but other details are. It's certainly a lovely bike and with a little work even better. The head badge says Cousin, that could of course be the shop that supplied it.

I have no idea what it is about the bikes in this thread because modern (post 90's) road bikes just hold no interest for me and usually Im just like yuk (especially the plastic bikes) but theres just something beautifully classic about these old bikes that is missing in modern bikes and it really captures my imagination even though I could never own one with drop bars I can see a certain beauty in them now.
