So I came across it recently and thought I’d do some research. If I attach some pictures I’m hoping someone expert out there can help identify it. Thank in advance. Bill

That looks spot on, especially at the top of the seat post.The model could be an All Rounder based on the lugwork / bi-laminates shown here
