WITHDRAWN - 20MHz sold instead - Pashley DarkCyde - Dylan Clayton's signature frame from around 2000, a pretty rare frame as it is, but this one being frame no.0001 and having a V-brake mount instead of a U-brake mount makes it the rarest of them all. I've seen frame no.0003 and that has U-brake mounts, so either this was a one-off, or the prototype, and therefore probably ridden by Dylan himself. A great bike, piece of Pashley history.

It's in pretty good condition considering it's age, yes there are scratches, but no dents or anything that wouldn't disappear with a new paint job. I'm getting my TV Series 20MHz frame sprayed their team blue, this would also look great in that colour. There are also the usual cable routing holes through the bottom of the seat tube (for when they have U-brake mounts of the chain stay).

  • 21.5" top tube - Pro XL size
  • Reynolds 631 steel tubing
  • 10mm dropouts
  • V-brake mounts
  • US BB
Collection from Surrey or posted for £20 +Paypal fees, or buy it on eBay, doesn't really make any difference to me.

Evil Undead frames - XL and Medium. These are prototype v2 frames, the only real difference being that they use better (double) main pivot bearings (screenshot from Evil confirming this). The v2 never went ahead, so these are the last Evil DH bikes ever made! The bearings in the XL frame were replaced 1 year ago, in which time the bike was ridden about 10 times at Tidworth. The first picture shows everything you'll get - 1 complete frame and the bare second frame with all the spare parts shown next to it.

XL frame - more like a Medium by todays standards - is complete with a shorter RockShox Super Deluxe rear shock - 230mm length with 62.5mm stroke which gives this 167mm travel. I preferred this setup for the bike parks I rode, paired with a 180mm travel fork. The reduced length also lowered the BB and slackened the head angle so I made my own shorter Delta links which raised the BB and put the head angle back to a good angle - 64° with my 559mm Axle to crown length fork. Original delta links are also included with the spare frame if you want to put a standard length shock on it for the full 200mm travel. Second last photo shows the frame built up so you can see how it fits.

Medium frame - This frame has no rear shock, no bearings, and is missing one of the main pivot bolts. But more importantly - I cut the seat tower down so the seat could be slammed, and used another different shock which gave 110mm travel to be used as a slopestyle bike. I never got round to filling in the hole where the front of the seat tower connected to the frame, but it's still pretty strong as is. A normal seat clamp still fits. Use this frame as I did (providing you can get another bolt) or use it for spares as all the other linkages are complete.

There are plenty of marks on the frames, and around the bolts the lacquer is coming off - this was quite common on these frames as there is metal inside the carbon here so the integrity of the frame isn't compromised. You can also adjust the BB height and head angle flipping their links.

If you're wondering about the jackshaft that I had setup to run it singlespeed in the photos of the complete bike - this is to isolate all pedalling forces from the suspension - chain growth, pedal kickback, lower unsprung weight, silent drive - I can tell you how I did it, but none of these parts are included in the sale of these two frames.

SOLD - Scott Voltage frame - chain stay is cracked. As you can see the front triangle and rear are from two different bikes. Main triangle and seat stays are fine. A new chain stay can be bought online still for about £150.

Great frames, can be run as full on downhill with 190mm travel and triple clamps or more of an enduro/freeride bike with 170mm and single crown forks. I'm still using the other parts on a Voltage I run.

The frame is complete other than missing the rear shock. The axle is homemade, but a replacement can also still be bought online. Flip chips allow a quick change between 170mm and 190mm travel

  • Small frame
  • For 27.5" or 26" wheels - rear axle flip chips adjust the chainstay length.
  • 12x135mm rear axle - other dropouts can be bought for different axles.
  • Tapered headtube
  • 73mm BB
  • Headset included
  • Takes a 241x76mm rear shock
  • Takes a 31.6mm seat post
  • Takes a 34.9mm seat clamp
