I always report them when I see them. I even get timed out for multiple reporting. Just wish the site flagged them as reported like other forums.

I report spam. Flagging them after report would be good, but I notice they usually are removed very quickly

Mods tend to remove stuff during human hours. I usually report a bunch of spam stuff at night when I'm on the prowl. As long as you don't interact with it or click on the URL's or text the phone numbers or send them nudie pics for extortion you should be grand.
