Maybe Avid levers matching the Tri align brakes would look good there and it would match the rear needs of brake pull.

I think the Tri-Aligns are just a place holder until the WTB canti's are repaired/replaced

I would go m900 on this.

The elegance would suit it much better than the brutalist m950

It shifts as well and is period correct

Well, this was the original plan. And I have a good amount on M900 around. The rest of what I need, however, is a pretty intimidating investment to consider, based on prices for M900 kit right now.

BUT, the M950 rides superbly in the meantime. And it's a pretty significant improvement on M900, I think. I hate saying that because I love M900 and historically dislike M950 (and everything since) aesthetically, but I don't think I agree that M900 shifts as well. Or maybe it just hasn't in the kit/condition I've used previously?

M950 on this bike rides like a dream, and it's hard to convince myself that's not really what matters.

So i searched everywhere but couldn‘t find it.
Have you tried to build a spring out if a 2mm spoke? Maybe this would be worth a try.

Sorry mate
Cheers Ky

Ah Kay, no worries at all.

And thank you so much for even looking!

I did consider making my own out of a spoke. I've seen and read about it being done (on here, I think?), so will give that more thought.

I'm sure Charlie would approve of the approach, if nothing else!

Hahaha.

How anyone can say this and actually ride a bike with Hyperlite’s on it boggles the mind!

If you install them the other way, the angle and sweep of the bar is just completely wrong!

You can feel it in your wrists!
