Ok i've got these Dia-Comp Purple Ano Canti's which i am (Was) going to clean up and use on a build, the trouble is the locating pin from the spring wont locate onto the hole on the Canti mounts (See Picture) Or do i just bolt them on as tight as i can? Then if i do that what provides spring pressure to reset the Cantis after breaking is applied?

Am i doing something wrong? Am I having a Blonde Moment, maybe watching to much TOWIE ;) lol

Please anyone, shed some light on this :(

The spring is not supposed to go into the hole on the brake boss with these brakes, you achieve tension on the spring with a spanner on that nut at the back, then lock the fixing bolt down whilst keeping the spring tensioned with the spanner.
