It has the serial number C7725 on the bottom bracket
Component wise it has Mafac Brakes , Milremo cotter pin crank and Wheels Built by Cliff Robson Manchester. They are Weinman rims on Normandy large flange hubs 27 1 1/4.
Paint scheme (in pretty good condition) is red with white on the seat tube and head tube. Square Olympic ring head badge.
Thanks in advance ,Dan

Sound interesting. I've just been reading up on some Claud Butler history. The 'Olympic' name as built by Claud Butler was only used on Claud Butler track frames which would date it pre 1957. The Olympic name continued from 1958 onwards under Holdsworthy but they used the Olympic name for road bikes.

Do you have track ends on the frame? Some pics would be good :)

Will do some pics of the frame later when i get chance

The frame is for fixed only re the track ends

Research seems to suggest Circa 1960

Cheers

A few pics :D

Very difficult to date accurately. The plain lugs , decals and Reynolds stickers suggest 1960s. The earlier models had much more intricate lugs.

Your paintwork and decals are much better than mine was. Give it a good clean and keep it original.
