Emailed PACE on Sunday and got the following reply today - how's that for service!

We have some manuals online which may help.
Full servicing usually undertaken by our service dept though if you were interested in that (please see tab on website).
Lockout cable is easy to remove by inserting tips of circlip pliers into small holes in cap top of fork and rotating to unscrew then draw out cable (hold rebound adjuster whilst doing this).
Cable is all one assembly and is available from Pace at £18 (you can call Pace to order by credit card should you wish).
