SP41 comes in a few colours, just hasn't got the XTR logos on the outer

Jagwire are pretty close, but the only problem is their gear and brake are not actually the same colour.....really pushes my ocd buttons.

Have a look at Jagwire's Mountain Pro range. They do an Ice Grey which is similar

Or Shimano Dura Ace available in various formats, at a price. I managed to use up all of my grey XTR offcuts on my last build, was well chuffed I had finally justified saving them!
