wtd: 51" ish steel frame & fork

Looking for a small steel frame, say late 80s or 90s, got suitable bits but need frame to hang them onto.

501/531/tange/columbus etc.

Tatty is ok - this is for a 13 year old so he's soon going to grow out of it!

Pref with headset but can manage without.

do you mean 21 inch or 51 cm?

I have a tatty 21" ish reynolds F+F with a campy headset and a bottom bracket (BB is stuck but it works) I'm in Southam. Pm me if interested.
