Women's specific saddle

best tip i can give you... is to measure her sit bones.. either at a specialized dealers on their fancy device.. or using the foil on a pillow trick.. and buy a saddle in the correct width.. it'll save so much hassle in the long run!

my G/F had a Speed She for a while and HATED it with a passion..

We measured her sit bones and ended up with a charge ladle (theyre only about £22 new..), which she says has totally transformed the bike from an instrument of torture to something she actually enjoys riding!

big cheap gel saddles are usually crap long term.. they feel lovely to sit on as a one off but over time and as you pedal the gel moves away from the sit bone area and leaves you sat on the hard plastic underneath, with loads of gel flapping about the place and a much more uncomfortable ride..
