Where to find 22.2mm Canti Cable Stop Clamp?

I have installed a set of Nitto bullmoose bars on my mountain bike. They are 22.2mm diameter, but I can't seem to find a suitable clamped cable stop to attach. There's no room to add the a cable stop into the headset, hence why I'm going down the stem clamp route.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find a 22.2mm cable stop clamp, or know of a suitable alernative?

Could you possibly use one of these bolted to the fork?

Mounts to reflector boss / Fork hole and acts as a stop / hanger for brake cables. Cable stop for rear or front brakes.

Good option as a last resort. I don't particularly like the look of them. But needs must.

Cant you replace the locking washer with a cable stop?

SJS Cycles carry them.

@Tootyred - unfortunately there's no room on the steerer. Haven't been able to find a headset hanger thin enough to replace the spacer.
@hamster - they definitely stock loads of clamp cable stops, just not in 22.2mm

I might have an old skool one, thats basically the same as the washer....
