What's your winter bike for 2018/19

Yeah, we've not had a single days fall that bad (actually about 10-12 hours to get to a metre) since, that was 2010 i think. Ended up with over 120 cm falling in 24 hours where i was.
Last time before that was the 90's (before i lived here). Which was apparently bad enough for all the major roads on the west coast to be closed by the police.

Did once have to stop on the way home and help dig out a snowplough that had slid into the ditch on a corner, so the second snowplough that was stuck behind the first snowplough could pull it out and then snowplough the rest of the road so i could get home. My usual route home was predicted to take 3 hours (instead of 50 minutes) due to traffic, accidents and availability of the big snowploughs. So i took an alternative, that was being ploughed. Except for the bit were he'd driven into a ditch. In a few places the drifting on the road was deep enough that the snow was going over the car as i drove through them..........
