Is the top tube OR as well?
Frame shop should be able to replace the dropout or do as in the picture just get something that fits, drill some holes and mount kit if you can.
Though the mevh will be out of alignment unless it hanger bend back in.

A custom built mtb frame and Kona projet 2 forks.

Built by Mike Dixon / Leader frames about 20 yrs ago, geometry based on a Kona explosive

Columbus OR tube set , fillet brazed with lugged bottom bracket.

Originally white enameled now yellow powder coat.

Original gear hanger has been cut off so could do with a new one brazing on.

Great old school race bike project.
