What year? Canti: Avid Ult. SD levers & Control Tech brakes

Can anyone tell me what years the Avid Ultimate SD cantilever brake levers where introduced?

As well as the Control Tech cantilever brakes?

Like some confirmation as I'm considering using both on a 1991 build.

'94 or possibly even '95 for the canti's, I'd guess. Not sure about the levers...maybe '94?

yeah, def' later than '91 unfortunately. The CNC party hadn't kicked off by then, and both those levers and canti's were fairly late arrivals.
