What hi fi system you got ?

Re:

I seriously enjoy my B&W dm7 mkII's, powered by a SUMO 'The Half Power' amplifier, controlled by a Rotel RC-972 preamp.

We recently sold our Rotel CD player, and I picked up a NEXTAV bluetooth hi-fi receiver. Range is terrible with the bluetooth, but sounds good when the device is in range.

Also have a Belkin wifi audio extender, which is fabulous, works great with Apple devices, but requires specific Apps to run on Android.

Got the bluetooth for simplicity sake, so my wife can easily listen to her youtube videos while in the kitchen.

Re:

Forgot to add that, I'm quite surprised that there aren't more Rotel/B&W fans here, or is it another case of "the grass is greener on the other side"?

Re:

Quite surprised at that, they sell like hot cakes here, the Rotel/B&W conbo was very popular back in the day, and when they go up in the classifieds, get snatched up very quickly.
Average consumer wants inexpensive and small footprint.

So, I like my music nearly as much as my bikes, so the current set up is a bit old, but functional:

2x Technic 1210's mk2
2x Pioneer CDJ-500
1x Pioneer DJM600
1x Pioneer EFX-500 FX machine
Traktor S4 Control
1 old Kenwood Amp
1 old Denon Amp
2 speaker stacks comprising of:

2 Cerwin Vegas VS10's. Had them rebuilt a couple of times
2 Wharfedale s-500 (great top end)
2 Tannoy Reveal X as monitors (very punchy mid-range)

Not strictly a hi-fi but I play my music through it whether I'm mixing or not.
