What bikes did you ride/race BITD? & have you still got

My Dave Yates.

It's been lapped by some very well known names....

Would never part with it - even my kids know why.

The Dynatech did a few winter races too when I didn't want to ruin the Dave Yates.

Rode a century the day before to get to my wedding on the De Rosa, but it's post-kids/post-licence. The bike I raced most on the road was the Wilier though - but now it's my wife's.

The GT got some hammer as a courier bike....

So they're all still around. Only bíke I sold was a Lemond 853 which I hated, and a Raleigh Summit which was too big.

The Alan, Gios and Parkpre are "after the event" bikes though.

I've still got my Hei Hei which I used to race back around '94

Bike I raced the most though was my '90 Rocky Mountain Summit which went 'missing' due to theiving barstewards

that pace is a peach. i love the red bullseye's and matching stem. is it the in house combined bar/stem that they used to do?
here is one of my old 90's race bikes. its a wicked fat chance with cook brothers cranks and stem, ritchey rims with bullseye hubs and xt. it was the bogs back then. wish i still had it as it got me loads of race wins.
anyone know where it is??

Is the back wheel bigger too :?: Interesting looking machine tho!

Yup  700c rear, and (IIRC) 26" front.

Also, the seat tube split halfway down so the wheel poked through for a really short wheelbase. Awesome machine
