Another route could be do you have any older bike shops that are Hope dealers. I was thinking of the shop service boxes, full of early Hope goodies.
They will have current stuff, but if the shop has been dealing with them since the early days, then they would have the old service boxes too, obviously not used as much but not the thing you chuck away, for all the room it takes.
I've found things like C2 pistons, and early headset bits in Hope dealer shops. You might have to feel the ground before asking, as they are trade packs and they might not at first agree to let you rummage.
