QR on front on right or left? Tucked behind fork or in front. Huge controversy.....
 
Nice find, how did it get the far newer XTR bits on it. (upgrade, duh)
Did you ask about the history of the bike?

QR on the right side behind the fork leg, as seen in the picture. I never knew there was a controversy over it.

Did you ask about the history of the bike?

The owner didn't know much about the bike except riding it. He said he's had it for a while but hasn't used it much in the past couple of years so time to make space in the garage.

I didn't have much time to chat with him because I was picking it up on my lunch break.
 
The XTR bits are nice stuff, doesn't fit the bike but some people (like me) dgaf. :cool:
The 95'ish XTR is far superior to the M900 bits however much I love their appearance.
