Anything to hide the fact it's tofu. I liken it the Japanese version of hummus. The Greeks came up with this idea and can't believe other cultures eat it, its used as glue in its home country.

And for the purist, this nice titanium bottle cage: Lithe. The problem for me is that my frame is not this colour, it is not grey, it is gold. The finish is not sandblasted.
