yes agreed. All my olympus E1 shots here are 5MP as well. It's more than enough.

None of those shots have been edited in anyway at all. The diamond shaped ccd cells could capture a higher dynamic range than the wider spaced round or square ones at that time.

I have at last got outside with the latest camera, it is a Cool iCam......
Nope, never heard of them before either! Anyway only cost £20 and a memory card so I am not at all unhappy with the result, will be just the job to carry about on bicycle rides.
