Industrial estates and wharfs around flixborough (remember nipro) to the rear of scunthorpe and the works. Wouldn't mind riding a good lenght of it but the grass, weeds, trees etc have nearly taken back the land

At least I was on an off-roader, albeit one with a 600cc engine - on top of a mountain in the Picos de Europa range in Northern Spain.

Me in the right foreground - white stripe on sleeve - talking to a late friend who rode many times with Steve McQueen - yes the legend.
