The best bike name? And the meaning of Karakorum...

Zaskar is an old name for a nearby mountain range
Xizang is Tibet which has loads of mountains

Inspired by this extract from 'Between the Woods and the Water' by Patrick Leigh Fermor I thought I'd ask the question. I always liked Karakorum, Whisky Town Racer also springs to mind.

Reading through I realise I wasn't clear enough: the question was what's the best bike name and I was inspired to ask it by stumbling across the meaning behind the GT Karakoram (a mountain range)... except I didn't, I stumbled on Karakorum (a city in Mongolia - well spotted T'boo Ted).

So actually I'm glad I wasn't clear as I got some good answers and pictures!
