400 pound is a lot of money for a bike like that. A little bit more and you can buy a Team Titanium! You must be able to find a cheaper one. Holland is very flat for the most part, but I live in Nijmegen, which is a very good place for biking fortunately!

I bought a rough Alpinestars Cro-Mega instead which I have nearly finished rebuiding.

its looking good and just needs the new stickers and a wheel bearing rebuild to finish it off.
