Sorted STX RC rear mech, cable barrel adjuster

You know the plastic thumb screw which sits over the cable guide insert which screws into the rear mech to guide the cable in but also adjust? I need both / all inc spring. Not sure if they are “Common” parts or available aftermarket?

I was halfway to the box of bits to check for one, but at circa £2 new, might be easier to buy online than have one of us post something out?
