Wanted Steel frame / bike

I've just measured and it is 16.5 inch c2c, 17.5 ct2 with a 22 inch c2c top tube. I had hoped to build a stablemate for my dbr axis TT but that's a 19 inch with a 23 inch top tube and fits me nicely so as much as I like this it is too small for me as a 6 footer.

Looking for a steel frame or bike to build up for a mate. I've probably enough parts lying around so would prefer a frame but open to the idea of a bike too.

Ideally an 18" but could go down to 17"

Rock lobster, marin, kona, orange etc

It would probably need to be posted... Unless you're down the South West, Somerset area
