Thanks for all the replies folks - I was fairly clueless about cartridge bottom brackets before this. The Un300 is out of stock in the online shops I use, so I'm taking the Un55 from CassidyAce - and will probably make shite of it and the new Park Tool I've bought to put it in.. The Tange ones are new on me so thanks for the info too.
