Square taper BB axle length advice please?

There's probably plenty experience here with square taper BB axles, so here goes. I want to use my ENO cranks on a new project and I have the recommended 113mm BB axle installed. But alas, I find that both crank ends just about touch the chainstays. Not a heavy touch just brushing the surface, but being a bit of a Clydesdale and this a Singlespeed I will need to fit a longer axle.

The question is how much longer? What clearance do I need?
It is a Titanium frame with an excentric insert oversized BB shell BTW.

I'd be looking for at least 2mm clearance each side, so I'd try a 118, which IIRC is the next length up.

What's the average clearance of rear chainstays for a triple crank please?
