In fact that's beauty, I thougt It would be for my girlfriend, but has 1" steerer unfortunately.
Some facts I got it from seller:

The centre of the head tube to seat tube is 19.5" (actual top tube length)

Centre of bb to top of frame qr for seat is 15" (seat tube length)

Steerer is 1" threaded

It hasn't been painted, all original with little use given its age.

1" is a bit of a pain but I have a shim to put a (much) shorter stem on it
