Based on paint job it looks Emmelle to me. My Emmelle Dolomite has flecked paint scheme similar to that. An Emmelle Rocky Mountain perhaps or maybe a Townsend.

That looks like a conservatory wall....built in stretcher bond if i am not mistaken. Its looks finished so that scaffolding in front could be removed now.

That's no scaffolding, they've missed some rebar out of the foundations.
