Bollox! You are rapidly turning into that 'guy', the one I ought to hate, but actually admire. Great taste!

Now for something equally rising sun, but even better for the bikes..

Bit of a change, after having a GT86 and a Delta integrale - but at least there's more space for my bikes!

:D If it makes me an easier chap to like, I can reveal that I am getting about 15L / 100Km out o her

4.2L petrol engines tend to do that...

Re:

I don't think we get much better with the Range Rover on short runs.. ..but we have the LPG tank to take the sting out of it. Nearly half the price of petrol; unless you live in the outlying areas like this where it is more like two thirds! Still, on longer trips it does mean we get the equivalent of around 40mpg.. ..less than 6l/100km! Bingo!

Did someone mention suicide doors?

40mpg? I'm lucky to see half that

I have got to the point where I don't really care how much fuel I am using, as long as I enjoy the drive.

For me, that means older motors as I have a personal preference for cheap things. I can't afford modern cars that give me the giggles.

If I could, that Cruiser would be top of the list, along with another G-Wagen.

The wife is coming around to the idea of a huge six wheel adventure vehicle. Something that would run on raw sewage if necessary.

Even if we just use it to pop down to Tesco.

Well we just snagged another conventional van with a tail lift, and lots of space. Guess I am back in the Mercedes owners' club!

We will see how long we keep this one, but it is going to be a mobile photography studio as well as getting a wood burner fitted stealth style as well as a proper shower. Get in there!

Re:

My motor.

Ironically now it carts around road bikes as I haven't touched the mtb for 2+years.

Quite quite ridiculous, but I love it.
