I paid $100 for a low end Gary Fisher woman's bike because is had spinergy wheels, XT & XTR derailleurs and raceface cranks.

It flexes with a sort of "dry humping" motion as you pedal. Terrifyingly, it is actually powered by the electrical motor. He flicks it on at about 0:50 in this video, the thing runs on its own! Even worse, flips it into high gear at 1:10
