Flummoxed me for bloody ages how some of my forks had "98" stamped on the lowers but were actually 1999 models. Make sure you let us know how you went as I've got a few services coming up so any servicing tips, trick, hints or idiosyncrasies are good to hear about.

OK, so I got some spanky Enduro seals from the US (ticked the gift box on the order form but still got stiffed for 12 quid import and post office tax). They fitted in with no great issue but when I came to re assembly I managed to shear off the 15mm stanchion bolt in the plastic damper. not happy. Now It looks like I need to hunt down a new bolt and damping unit. These forks are starting to become expensive!
